IPEX Acquires NACO Industries to Expand Product Portfolio

Toronto; April 24, 2015 – IPEX USA LLC announced today the completion of the transaction to acquire
the assets of NACO Industries, a division of Heritage Products Group Inc., a leader in municipal,
irrigation and industrial fabricated fittings. With this deal, IPEX increases its market position in the US
with an expanded product portfolio serving a broader client base.
